L.G.Balakrishnan & Bros Limited

Our office is over at No 12, Spm Avenue in the Iti Nagar area. It’s on the 1st Street, right near the Gn Mills Post in Coimbatore. L.G.Balakrishnan & Bros Limited has a lot of history in this region. This particular branch is just one part of the bigger picture. We spend our days dealing with the distribution and logistics side of things. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s got desks, computers, and a lot of ledgers. Coimbatore is a major hub, so things move fast around here. We have trucks coming in and out at different hours. Sometimes the street gets a bit blocked up, but we manage. The staff here is used to the pace. We don’t really bother with corporate slogans or big meetings. We just get the orders processed and make sure the inventory is right. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve been in this spot for a while, so most of the delivery drivers know exactly where the gate is. The weather in Coimbatore is usually okay, but the afternoons get a bit warm in the warehouse. We just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We’ve got a good rhythm going here on Spm Avenue. It's a busy corner of town, but we've made it our home for the workday and things get done eventually.
