We like that it isn’t in the middle of the loudest part of town. Coimbatore has a lot of industry but Teachers Colony feels a bit more relaxed. We have our desks set up near the windows. The breeze is nice in the evenings. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this office. It’s not a huge team. We all know each other’s names and how we take our coffee. The paperwork piles up sometimes. We don't have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. It’s a practical way to run things. The street is narrow so parking can be a bit of a headache for the staff. We’ve got some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It’s just a normal place where work gets done. No one here is trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do. It’s just part of the job. We share the space with some old equipment that we haven't found a place for yet. It gives the place a bit of character. Most days are pretty predictable which is how we like it. We focus on getting through the logs and making sure the mail is sorted properly.
