Lasetrix

Lasetrix is tucked away on 4th Street in Nehru Nagar, specifically at 10/4 in the Ganapathy area. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s a mix of houses and small workshops. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. Most of the time, we’re busy with the equipment or talking to people who drop by the shop. The street can get a little crowded with parked bikes sometimes, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It's just us. We focus on our specific technical work and try to keep things running smoothly. Every morning starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes we’re working late if there’s a lot of backlog. It’s an honest way to make a living. People in Ganapathy usually just know us by word of mouth. We don’t put up big posters. We just stick to the address on 4th Street and handle the tasks as they come. We also have to keep an eye on the power cuts that happen sometimes in this part of town. It’s a bit dusty sometimes, and the fan in the corner makes a bit of noise, but it’s our space. We know where everything is kept, even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. It’s just how we work.
