L G Balakrishnan Bros Ltd is located out near Kumara Palayam, specifically in the Pillaiyappam Palayam Post area of Annur. It is a bit of a drive out here, but it gives us the space we need for the operations. We’ve been around for a long time, and the name really points back to how things started. This isn't a new startup with flashy glass walls. It’s an established place with deep roots in the local community. We have a lot of people from the nearby villages working with us. The atmosphere is more like a large workshop or a factory floor than a typical office. There’s the sound of machinery and the movement of goods all through the day. We focus on our production and making sure things are shipped out on time. It’s a lot of logistical work and keeping the machines maintained. We don't spend time on fancy brochures or trying to look like something we aren't. We are a local industry through and through.
