L G Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd

We are located on Krisnarayapuram Road in the Ganapathy area. It’s a place that has been here for quite some time. When you walk into L G Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd, you can tell it’s an established spot. We have a lot of history in these walls. The building itself shows its age in some places, but it’s sturdy. We have different sections for the various tasks we handle every day. It’s not just one small room. There are people moving back and forth constantly. We don't really do the whole modern office thing with the open floor plans. It’s more traditional here. We have schedules to keep and parts to move. Ganapathy is a busy part of town, so there is always traffic and noise outside. Inside, we just focus on what’s in front of us. Some of the guys have been working here for years and they know the place better than anyone. We don't try to sound like a big corporation even though we have a lot going on. It’s still just people doing their jobs at the end of the day. We have our routine. We start early and we finish when the work is done. It’s practical. We don't use much fluff in how we talk. If something needs doing, we just get to it. That’s how it works on Krisnarayapuram Road. We keep the machines running and the paperwork moving.
