Kwality Auto Products

Kwality Auto Products is located at 23, 8th Street in Gandhipuram. It’s a busy area, and our shop is right in the thick of it. We’ve been here since the early days when there weren't as many shops on this street. The building is an older one, but it holds everything we need. We mostly deal with small auto parts and accessories that people need for their daily commutes. The shelves are packed tight, almost to the ceiling in some spots. We probably should organize it better, but we know where the main items are kept. Usually, it's just two or three of us working at a time. We spend a lot of our day talking to mechanics who come in looking for specific bits and pieces. There’s a tea stall just around the corner where we usually get our mid-day snacks. Business has its ups and downs, depending on the season and how many people are on the road. We don't do any big advertising. Most people find us because their father or their uncle used to buy parts here too. It’s a bit cramped inside when we get a big delivery, and we have to stack boxes on the sidewalk for a bit. But we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a reliable one where you can get what you need without a fuss.
