Kpr Mill Limited,Arasur, Coimbatore

We spend most of our time here at the mill in Arasur. It's usually quite busy with machines running and people coming in and out throughout the day. Our place is tucked away on Kuppna Naicker Lane, just off Ramar Kovil Street in Coimbatore. Most of us have been around here for a while, so we know the area pretty well. It isn't a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where we get the job done. Arumugam's family has been part of this for a long time. The mornings start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. We have a lot of tea breaks to keep going. Some days are noisier than others depending on what orders are being processed. People walk by the lane all the time, and it feels like a real community. We don't have big meetings or anything like that. We just talk about what needs doing and then we do it. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that's just how it goes here. We keep our tools and materials organized the best we can in the space we have. It is 36/29 if you are looking for the door. Most locals can point you in the right direction if you get lost near the temple. It's just a bunch of us working hard and trying to keep things moving along every single week. We like the routine of the mill. It keeps us occupied and we know what to expect when we show up each morning. Most of us have lived in Coimbatore our whole lives and wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
