Kovai Travels & City Real Estate

Our office for Kovai Travels & City Real Estate is at No 297 on 2nd Street in Gandhipuram. We are right in the heart of Coimbatore, 641012. We actually do two different things here, which keeps us pretty busy. On one side, we handle travel arrangements like booking cars or planning trips for people. On the other side, we help people with local real estate, like finding a place to stay or dealing with property in the city. It’s an interesting mix because one day we are talking about bus tickets and the next day we are looking at house listings. The office on 2nd Street is a practical space where we manage both parts of the business. Gandhipuram is a very crowded place, so there are always people walking by or dropping in to ask about a rental or a vehicle. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just us here doing the work. We’ve learned a lot about both industries over the years just by being here on the ground. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we are used to the pace. Sometimes it’s quiet and we can catch up on things, and other times it’s a bit of a rush. We just take each day as it comes and try to be as useful as possible to whoever walks through the door. It isn't always easy juggling two different businesses under one roof.
