Our office is at 90 Annaji Rao Road in Mettupalayam. It's a busy part of the Coimbatore district. Kirloskar Constructions & Engineers Ltd is what we go by. Being in Mettupalayam, we are right near the hills, so the weather is sometimes a bit better than in the city. But the work is still tough. We spend a lot of time on the road between different sites. The office is where we do all the paperwork and meet with suppliers. It’s not a polished corporate space. It’s full of samples of bricks, tiles, and old files. We’ve been around here long enough that people know our faces. We don't go in for big marketing speeches. We just talk about the work that needs doing. Engineering is a practical thing. You have to see the site and understand the land. Coimbatore is a hub for industry, so we see a lot of activity. We try to stay organized, but sometimes things get messy when we have multiple projects going at once. The crew is a hardworking bunch. They don't mind the dust or the long hours. We usually finish the day with a quick chat about what needs to happen tomorrow. It's a straightforward way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do what we know how to do without making a fuss.
