We've been at No 16 on Water Tank Street for a while now. It's a quiet spot in KNK Nagar. Renganatahpuram is where we do most of our work. People know us as Kirloskar Construction And Engineers Ltd here in Coimbatore. It's hot some days but we keep going. The office isn't fancy. Just some desks and plans. Sulur has changed a lot since we started. There are more houses now. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the site is bad. We just deal with it. Our team is mostly local guys. They know the area well. We don't do much talking, just get to the site and start. Tamilnadu weather can be tough on projects. Rain stops things for a bit, then we're back at it. Dealing with materials is the hardest part lately. Prices go up and down. We try to keep things moving. There’s a tea shop around the corner where we usually meet in the morning. It's a simple life. Building things takes time. You have to be patient with the ground and the bricks. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us working out of this spot near the water tank. If you're walking down the street, you'll see the sign. It’s been there for years. We just keep our heads down and finish what we started. It isn't always easy, but it's what we do here.
