Khadims

If you are looking for us, we are at 1069 Vivek Complex in Ramanathapuram. It’s a pretty busy building, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Khadims is the name on the sign outside. Most of the day is spent helping people find what they are looking for and keeping the shelves looking somewhat decent. It’s a retail space, so it gets a bit hectic on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. We have stacks of boxes in the back that always seem to be falling over. The lights in the complex flicker sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a big corporate office telling us what to do every minute. We just run the shop the best we can. Some customers are easy to talk to, and others are in a hurry, so we just try to keep up with the pace. Ramanathapuram is a good place to be, even if the parking around Vivek Complex can be a real headache. We have a small staff here, and we all know each other well. We eat lunch in the back room and talk about whatever is on the news. There is nothing very special about how we do things. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the first person to walk in. It’s a regular job in a regular shop and we try to stay organized.
