This is Kalpana Medical Centre Pvt Ltd. and we sit right on Mettupalayam Road. Being on such a main road means it is always noisy outside, but we are used to it by now. The center has been here for a good while, serving the people who live and work along this stretch. It is a practical setup. We have different rooms for different things, and we try to keep the hallways clear. The staff members are regular people who care about doing a decent job. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town, just a reliable one. Sometimes the parking is a bit of a squeeze because Mettupalayam Road is so busy, so most people just get dropped off. Inside, things are pretty quiet compared to the street. We do a lot of general health work. It isn't a flashy place with marble floors, but it’s clean and the equipment works fine. We spend most of our day just checking people in and out. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone you know from the area. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just focus on the patients who walk through the door. It’s a busy life here, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a job like any other, but we’re glad to be the ones doing it for our community every single day.
