We’re located right on Mettupalayam Road, at number 235. If you know where CTC is, we are just directly across from it. It’s a busy stretch of road, so you might miss the entrance if you’re driving too fast. We mostly deal with tools and different kinds of equipment that people need for their daily work or bigger projects. It’s not a huge place, but we try to keep things organized enough so we can find what’s needed when someone walks in. Most days start pretty early because that’s when the workers are heading out. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Some folks have been coming to us for years because they know exactly where we are and what we carry on the shelves. There’s no fancy showroom here or anything like that. It’s just a practical space with a lot of heavy metal and gear stacked around. Sometimes the dust gets in from the main road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what they’re trying to fix or build. Usually, they have a specific part in mind. We just go to the back and see if it’s there. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning until we close up the shutters. We don't really do much advertising because the sign out front and word of mouth seem to do the job for us.
