K. G. Denim Limited

K. G. Denim Limited is located out in Then Thirumalai. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but it's where we do all our work. The address is listed three times on some of our forms, which is a bit strange, but that's just how it's recorded. We spend our days dealing with a lot of fabric. There’s always the sound of machinery in the background and the smell of cotton in the air. It’s not a quiet place by any means. We have a lot of people working here, and everyone has their own job to do. Some of us have been here for years and know every corner of the facility. It’s a big space, and it can get pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the roof. We don’t really have a fancy front office. Most of the space is taken up by the production lines and storage. We deal with rolls of denim all day long. Sometimes things get a bit messy with threads and scraps on the floor, but we clean up at the end of the shift. It’s hard work, and your hands definitely feel it by the time you go home. We just keep the machines running and make sure everything is moving out the door. The landscape around Then Thirumalai is nice, though we don't always get to see much of it from inside. It's a steady life here. We just do the work.
