Sortier Feeding Systems is located at No. 6/1A in Vkv Nagar, right around the Veerapandi Pirivu area near Jothipuram Post. We are quite close to Pricol Limited, which is a big landmark that helps people find us. Our work is pretty niche; we build systems that feed parts into machines for manufacturing. It involves a lot of vibrating bowls and tracks that have to be tuned just right so the parts don't jam. It’s the kind of thing you don't think about until you see it working. The workshop is full of metal parts and half-finished machines. We aren't a giant factory ourselves, just a small place where we can focus on the mechanical details. We’ve been in this part of Jothipuram for a while, and we like being in an area where people actually make things. It’s a bit noisy and there’s always the smell of machine oil in the air, but that’s just part of the environment. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website. Most of our customers are other businesses who need to automate their production lines. We spend our days welding, grinding, and testing the feeders to make sure they run smoothly. It takes a lot of patience to get the timing right. We aren't looking to be famous, just to make equipment that does its job day after day without breaking down.
