Jindal Textiles

Being located in Tiruppur means there is always a lot of talk about fabric and yarn around us. Jindal Textiles is right on 2nd Street, just off the Kongu Main Road Extension. It is a crowded area because this city is basically the heart of the garment world in this part of the country. Our building at number 30 is not hard to find if you know the landmark, but it looks like every other place on the street. Inside, it is mostly just rolls of cloth or samples laying around on the tables. It gets noisy outside with the trucks and bikes moving through the narrow streets all day long. We spend our time checking orders and talking to people about different types of textile goods. It is not a quiet job, that is for sure. The humidity can get pretty high, so we usually have the windows open or the fans going full blast. It is a very hands-on kind of environment where everyone knows what their job is. We do not really do much in the way of fancy meetings; most of the talk happens right there on the floor or over a quick cup of coffee. It is a busy life here, and there is always something that needs to be packed or shipped out. We just keep moving along with the rest of the neighborhood, trying to stay on top of things as the orders come through the door.
