Jayvir Spring Industries

Jayvir Spring Industries is located over in the G.I.D.C. Vatva area. We are in Phase-Iv, specifically at 20, Kameshwar Estate. It is tucked behind the New Nirma building near Nika Tube Char Rasta. It’s a proper industrial zone, so there are trucks and machinery sounds all day long. We make all sorts of springs here. The workshop is full of wire coils and machines that bend them into shape. It’s a noisy place, and there’s always a bit of oil on the floor. We don’t have a fancy office for meetings. Usually, if a customer comes by, we just talk right there on the shop floor. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know our way around the different types of steel. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing them. It’s not a polished business with a marketing team. It’s just us, some heavy machinery, and a lot of hard work. We keep our prices as fair as we can because we know how it is for small shops. It gets very hot in Vatva during the summer, but we keep the big doors open for a breeze. We don’t have a big corporate story. We just make springs that work and hope our customers come back when they need more. That is pretty much all there is to us. We keep working until the job is done.
