Jaya Industries

We are over at 75-A, Thiru Nagar, on 3rd Street in Coimbatore. This is a hardworking part of Tamil Nadu, and we fit right in. Jaya Industries is just a local business doing what we do best, which is making things and keeping the machines running. The street can get a bit crowded, but we managed to find our rhythm here. It’s a practical workspace, filled with the sounds of production and people talking. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. It’s mostly just the owner and a few reliable workers who have been here for years. We handle the daily orders and make sure the quality is okay before anything goes out the door. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to provide for our families and keep the business healthy. The tea breaks are important to us. We talk about the news or the local cricket scores. It’s a very human way to work. We’ve seen other businesses come and go on this street, but we just keep doing our thing. It’s simple, honest work. If you come by, you’ll see us in our work clothes, probably a bit tired but still getting it done. We hope the electricity stays on so we can finish our batches today.
