Jaisri Non Ferrous Castings

Our place is located in the Krc Industrial Complex, specifically at 2/252D in Kurumbapalayam. If you’re coming from Sulur, you’ll find us near M.G. Pudur. It’s a quiet enough area but gets busy during the day with all the trucks moving in and out of the complex. We do non-ferrous castings here, which basically means we work with things like aluminum or brass rather than iron. The furnace stays hot most of the day, so it can get pretty warm inside the shed. We’ve got a small crew of workers who have been with us for years. They know the rhythm of the molds and the metal. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, there's sand and dust everywhere, but that’s just how a foundry looks. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. Usually, if you visit, you'll find us out back checking the latest batch. We try to keep our head down and get the parts out on time. Sometimes the power goes out, which can be a real pain when you have metal in the pot, but we manage to get through it. We aren't interested in being the biggest shop around, we just want to do decent work for the people who ask us. It's a simple setup we've got here, nothing flashy, just the tools and the space we need to get through the day's tasks without any fuss or drama.
