Jain Housing

Our place is at 72 Rudrappanagar in Udamalpet. We go by Jain Housing, and we’ve been part of this community for a long time. Udamalpet isn't a huge city like Bangalore, so things are a bit more relaxed here, though we stay plenty busy. The office is just a simple building where we manage our housing projects. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles or fancy stuff. Usually, you’ll find some of the guys sitting around the main table looking at drawings or talking about the next phase of a build. We know most of our neighbors and many of the people we build for. It’s that kind of town. We don't spend money on big ads or flashy offices because that’s not really our style. We’d rather just focus on the actual building part of the job. Some days it’s dusty and hot out on the sites, and other days we’re stuck inside doing the books, but it’s all part of the business. We’ve been at this address for years, and it works well for us. People know where to find us if they have a question or need to talk about a specific project. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just trying to provide decent housing around this area. It’s steady work, and we take it one day at a time. That’s the way we’ve always done it here in Rudrappanagar. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
