Mak Sen Industries

Mak Sen Industries is our small business over at No. 9/34 Ngr Puram. I started this place because I had the tools and the space, and it just grew from there. Ngr Puram is a decent area, though the roads can get pretty muddy when it rains. We spend most of our time in the workshop at the back of the property. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us making things and keeping the equipment running. We don’t have a website or any of those modern marketing things. Word of mouth has always worked fine for us around here. People know where we are if they need something made. The building is just a simple concrete structure with big windows to let the light in. We usually start our day early before the heat gets too bad. The neighbors are mostly families and other small shops, so we try to keep the noise down in the evenings. We don't have a receptionist, so if you come by, you'll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up working on a machine. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or polished sales pitches. We just show people what we’ve done and they decide if it’s what they need. Some days are long, especially when we have a big order to finish, but we just take it one step at a time.
