Durable Ispat Alloys Private Limited

Down at No. 90/3 in the Adhavan Industrial Area, things move pretty slowly but they are very heavy. Durable Ispat Alloys Private Limited is our little corner of the world on Athipalayam Road in Chinnavedampatty. We deal with metal all day long, mostly alloys that go into making other things. The sound of metal hitting metal is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Our building is a big shed, really, with high ceilings to let some of the heat out. In the afternoons, the sun hits the metal roof and it gets quite warm inside, so we take a lot of water breaks. We have a few guys who have been with us since we started, and we all know how the machines like to be treated. Athipalayam Road is always busy with trucks, and we spend a good part of the morning just helping drivers back into the loading area. It’s a tight squeeze at No. 90/3. We don't have any fancy brochures or a website that looks like it cost a lot of money. We just have our registers and our metal. If someone needs a specific type of alloy, they usually just call us up or stop by the gate. It is a simple, heavy business, and we are fine with how things run here without any of that corporate polish.
