Aroma Agencies

Aroma Agencies is tucked away in Jawahar Nagar, over near the Iduvampalayam Post area. It’s a quiet part of the district, which we like most of the time. The building at No. 4/315 A is one of those older concrete structures that stays a bit damp during the rainy season. We handle various supplies here, mostly moving stock in and out throughout the week. There’s always a delivery truck blocking the narrow road at least once a day. The office inside is small. We have a couple of desks that don't match and a fan that makes a clicking sound when it’s on the highest setting. We’ve thought about replacing it, but it still moves the air, so we leave it alone. Most of our day is spent checking inventory and talking to suppliers on the phone. It gets a bit dusty with all the boxes, but that’s the nature of the business. We know most of the people who live around here by name. Sometimes they stop by just to say hello or ask for a bit of help with something. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door that’s starting to fade. It’s a practical setup. We just try to keep things organized and make sure we don't lose track of any orders. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours and we’ve been doing it for years.
