Icici Lombard Gic Ltd

We are based in Coimbatore, over in the P.N. Palayam area. Our office is number 3 on the first floor of the first street in L.M. Colony. It’s a quiet enough street, though you can hear the city noise from not too far away. This is where we handle things for Icici Lombard Gic Ltd. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the insurance files. It’s not a polished corporate space. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is just basic office stuff we’ve had for years. We spend the day looking over insurance claims and helping people understand their coverage. Sometimes we have to explain things two or three times because insurance can be confusing. We don't mind. We have some fans overhead to keep the air moving. It’s a small team here. We usually know who is coming in before they even walk through the door. Working in Tamilnadu, we see a lot of people wanting to protect their vehicles or their shops. We just provide the papers and do the processing. It’s honest work. We don't have any big marketing displays or anything like that. Just a simple place where the work gets done and we go home at the end of the day.
