If you go down Udumalai Road in Pollachi, you’ll find us at Hhh. We are at 1/56, Chinnampalayam, which is a quiet enough area in the Coimbatore District of Tamilnadu. We have been working out of this building for a long time. It’s a straightforward operation where we just handle whatever comes through the door. The building itself is old and has that specific smell of grease and concrete. We get a lot of trucks passing by on the main road, but our spot is just tucked away enough. Most of the guys here are from the local villages nearby. We don't have a flashy sign or a big lobby. It’s mostly just the workspace and some storage in the back for materials. The sun hits the front of the shop pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually take a break then. We keep a ledger for all the work we do, and it’s mostly hand-written stuff because that’s what we are used to. Living and working in Pollachi is okay, it’s slower than the big cities. We just try to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it. There’s always some rain in the evenings which cools things down. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us here in 642001. We show up, do the jobs, and then lock up for the night. That is the whole routine.
