Our office for HASIS CHITS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is at 3/C Venkatesa Layout in the N.S.N. Palayam area of Coimbatore. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the middle of the city. We definitely prefer it that way. The office is a very basic setup in a regular building. We don’t have any big fancy signs or polished glass walls. Most of our day involves managing the various chit groups and talking to members who stop by for their monthly payments. There are a lot of paper files here because we like to have a physical record of everything that happens. It is just a small, dedicated team of us. We handle the auctions, the collections, and all the bookkeeping by ourselves. Sometimes the desks get completely buried under the paperwork, but we usually know where everything is. People around the layout know us well and often drop by after work or on their way to the market. It is a casual environment where we don't use any of those big marketing words. We just explain how the chits work and let people make their own choices. It is a practical way for folks to save money for things they need. We have been here in Coimbatore for a while now. Even with the city growing so fast, we keep our little office running just like we always have. It is a simple, honest business.
