Gsr Industries

I’ve been working here at Gsr Industries for a while now. We are tucked away over at number 2, Kollam Thottam in the Nallampalayam area. It's a busy spot, mostly industrial stuff going on around us. This place started small, just a couple of machines and a lot of long nights trying to get things right. We handle a lot of different manufacturing tasks depending on what the day brings. Most of the time, the floor is pretty noisy with everything running at once. We don't really have a big fancy office or anything like that. It's mostly just a workshop where we get the work done. The guys here have lived in this neighborhood for years, so everyone knows the shortcuts around the narrow streets. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few trucks loading up or someone fixing a belt on a machine. We don’t spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for visitors. It's more about keeping the tools sharp and making sure the orders go out when they are supposed to. Sometimes we get behind if a machine breaks down, but we just stay late to catch up. That’s how it goes in a place like this. We’ve stayed in Nallampalayam because it’s where we started and we know the people. It’s a plain, hardworking shop and we like keeping it that way. We don't do much talking, just doing.
