Glitz Facility Services

Glitz Facility Services is located out in Subbaiya Gounden Palayam. Our place is at 1/8, and it’s right in the middle of things here in Tamil Nadu. It's a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the bigger towns, but we like being based here. We spend most of our time out on different sites, but this is where we keep all our supplies and where the schedules get made. The office isn't much to look at, just a basic room with a few tables and some chairs that have seen better days. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going non-stop. We've got a small crew and everyone knows everyone else in the village. Most days start with a quick meeting to see who is going where. Sometimes the truck won't start or someone is late because of heavy rain, but we manage to get things done. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just try to show up and do the jobs we're supposed to do. If someone calls with a problem, we figure out a way to fix it. That's the way it's always been since we started. It’s a simple operation. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, we just want to keep our neighbors happy and stay busy enough to keep the lights on at the Subbaiya Gounden Palayam office.
