Gem Merchandising Corporation

Gem Merchandising Corporation is a bit different because our main point of contact has always been through HPO, Post Box No.39. We’ve been using this post box for a long time, and it’s how we keep our correspondence and business matters sorted. Even though we have a physical space where we handle the merchandising work, the post box is a big part of how we stay connected. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on orders and making sure the goods are being handled correctly. We’re not a huge company with a lot of departments. It’s just a few of us making sure the merchandising side of things goes as planned. We deal with a lot of different items, so the workspace is usually full of samples and shipping documents. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we have a system that works for us. We don't spend money on fancy offices or decorations. We'd rather just focus on getting the work done and keeping our clients happy with the items we provide. Sometimes the pace is slow and sometimes it’s completely hectic, especially when several orders come in at once. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been doing this for years and we don’t see any reason to change our simple approach. It’s about being reliable and just showing up every day to do the job. That’s what matters to us at the end of the day.
