Gem Equipments Ltd

Gem Equipments Ltd has been around this part of Dindigul for a while. We are out in Kamatchipuram, near the Kallipatty post area. It’s a quiet place mostly. We spend our days dealing with different kinds of industrial machinery and equipment that people around here need. People usually find us by asking around or following the road toward the village. The weather gets pretty hot in Tamilnadu, especially in the afternoons, but we keep the workshop going. There is usually a bit of dust and noise because of the machines we handle. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how it is in this area, but we manage. Most of the folks who work here are locals from the nearby villages. We know each other's families and what’s happening in the town. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few trucks loading up or someone fixing a piece of gear on the floor. We just focus on getting the equipment ready for whoever ordered it. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve seen the roads change over the years, but the way we handle our tools stays pretty much the same. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here in Kamatchipuram. We like it that way.
