A K R Industries

A K R Industries is located at No. 24 Kappini Gounder Layout in Ganapathy. We are quite close to Maniyakarampalayam. The layout is mostly industrial, so you’ll see plenty of trucks and hear the sound of factories all around us. Our place is full of machines that make a lot of noise when they’re all running. There is always a smell of grease and metal in the air, but we don't even notice it anymore. We don't have any fancy office space. It’s just a desk in the corner with a lamp and some old ledgers. We do all our work right there on the shop floor. It gets very hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big shutters open to let in whatever breeze we can get. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. We’re more like a small family than a big company. We eat our lunch together in the shade of a tree outside when the weather is nice. We don't have a website or any marketing people. We just focus on the machines and the orders we have to finish. Sometimes things go wrong and a machine breaks, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s a simple, hardworking life in Ganapathy. We do our best and go home every evening. We've been at this spot for years and the neighborhood hasn't changed much.
