G-Tree Agro Tech Private Limited

Up in Karamadai, near Mettupalayam, is where G-Tree Agro Tech Private Limited is based. We are located at D No- B10/4 in Cheran Nagar-2. It’s a nice area under the Bellathy Panchayath. The weather here is often better than it is down in the bigger cities because we are closer to the hills. We focus on the technical side of farming. It sounds complicated but it’s really just about finding better ways to grow things. We have a small workspace in Cheran Nagar where we keep our tools and computers. It’s a quiet neighborhood, so we try not to make too much noise. Our days are spent talking to farmers and looking at their crops. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just explain things as they are. Sometimes the ideas work well and sometimes we have to try again. That’s just how it goes with agriculture. The people who work here are mostly from around Mettupalayam. We like the local food and the way the air smells after it rains. There’s a sense of peace working in Karamadai that you don't get elsewhere. We don't have a lot of visitors, but we are always busy with something. It’s honest work and it keeps us occupied from morning until evening. We are happy enough with how things are running right now.
