Number 21 in Rajeev Gandhi Nagar is where Flow Link Systems calls home. We are located in the Sowripalayam Post area of Coimbatore. It’s a decent neighborhood, not too loud but definitely has that industrial energy the city is known for. The building is a plain structure that serves its purpose. We don’t have any polished marble or glass elevators. It’s mostly just us working through our tasks every day. The weather in Coimbatore is usually alright, but when it gets humid, we definitely feel it. There’s a small patch of green near the entrance that we try to keep alive. Most of the people working here are locals from around the district. We talk about the local news and the cricket scores while we work. The street outside is narrow, so big deliveries can be a bit of a headache, but we manage. We aren't a massive multinational with a thousand rules; we are just a team of folks trying to run things properly. People stop by sometimes to ask for directions or just to say hello. It feels very human. There’s no marketing team here making things look better than they are. What you see from the road is exactly what you get inside. It’s just a workplace where we focus on our stuff and try to get home in time for dinner without too much fuss.
