We’ve been based out of Arasur for a while now, right at 189/1A-C in Uthupalayam. It's an industrial area, so the noise of machinery is pretty much the background music to our days here at Flow Link Systems Pvt. Ltd. Most of the guys on the floor have been with us for years. We do a lot of technical work, mostly involving valves and casting components, which keeps everyone busy from Monday to Saturday. The office is right there with the factory, so if someone has a question about a part, we just walk over and look at it. It isn't a fancy setup. There’s a lot of dust sometimes and the tea guy comes around at eleven. We spend a lot of time checking specs and making sure things aren't leaking before they go out. Sometimes things get backed up when a machine acts up, but we figure it out eventually. Arasur is a good spot because most of our suppliers are just down the road. It saves us a lot of trouble with logistics. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting in the hours and making sure the orders are filled correctly. If you're looking for our place, just look for the gates near the Uthupalayam stretch. We’re usually here until late evening finishing up the paperwork. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a simple desk where you sign in.
