Flow Link Systems (P) Ltd. is out in Arasur, specifically at 189/A, C Yaudhupalayam Avinashi Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space we have here. We work with various link systems and mechanical parts. The facility is mostly a big workshop with some desk space in the corner. It’s usually quite busy with the sound of tools and people moving things around. We’ve been at this address for several years. The team here is small, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing team. If something needs doing, one of us just does it. It's a very practical environment. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather makes things difficult, but we just work around it. Avinashi Road is a major route, so we see a lot of traffic passing by, but inside our gate, we just focus on the jobs we have. We don't use big words or make grand claims. We just make sure the systems we put together are solid and reliable. It’s not a glamorous job, and the workshop can get quite hot in the summer, but it’s what we do. We’ve built a steady life here in Arasur just by being consistent and doing the work.
