Eye Foundation Ltd. is right on Trichy Road. It’s a pretty busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of traffic passing by at all hours. Our building is easy to spot if you’re driving along that way, although parking can sometimes be a challenge. Inside, it’s usually quite active from the moment we open. We have a lot of people coming in for eye exams or to talk about surgery and other treatments. The waiting room fills up pretty quickly in the mornings, and we have a front desk where the staff handles all the appointments and paper files. It gets a bit hectic when multiple people arrive at the same time and the phones start ringing. Trichy Road is a main artery for the city, so we get people from all over coming here for their eye care. We have different rooms for testing and some specialized equipment for looking at eyes. It’s not a quiet place, but we try to keep things moving as best as we can so nobody is waiting too long. The doctors are always going from one room to another, checking on patients. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every single day. We open the doors early and start seeing the first group of people. There’s always some paperwork to catch up on or a machine that needs a quick check. It's a functional space, nothing more, nothing less, just for eye health.
