We’ve been here at New Street in Ramanathapuram for a while now. Most people know the spot because we're right opposite Alveniya School. It gets pretty busy when the kids are finishing classes and the parents are waiting around. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular workspace in Kongu Nagar where we handle the daily calls and service requests that come in. We deal with water purifiers and cleaning equipment mostly. Some days it's quiet, other days the phones don't stop ringing because someone’s filter needs changing or their machine isn't starting up like it should. We have a small team here. We spend a lot of time on our bikes going from one house to another across this part of town. It’s a lot of driving around in the heat. Sometimes the traffic near the school is a mess, so we try to plan our visits around those times if we can. People just drop by the office if they have a question or need a part replaced. We usually have someone at the desk to talk to them. It’s just how we run things here. We don’t really do big advertisements; word of mouth from the neighbors keeps us going. Most of the guys here have been working together for years, so we know the streets around here pretty well. It's just a regular local setup where we try to get the work done and go home. We’re just here doing our bit in the neighborhood.
