Ert

We are located at Number 4, Chamundeswari Nagar East in the Kavandampalayam area of Coimbatore. It’s a bit of a quiet residential neighborhood, which makes for a peaceful place to work. We call ourselves Ert, which is short and simple, just like the way we run things. The office is a basic building with some trees nearby that give us a bit of shade. Coimbatore has good weather most of the year, so we often keep the windows open to let the air in. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the daily work that comes our way. Most of the staff live nearby and walk or ride their scooters to get here. We have a small table where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon break. The walls are painted a plain off-white and there are stacks of ledgers everywhere. We've been in Kavandampalayam for a while and the locals know us by name. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide for our families and keep the business running. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, but we usually try to get home by six. It’s a relaxed atmosphere but we still get our tasks done. It’s just how we like to do things around here.
