You can find Elmech Equipment Company at No. 8/952 along Avanashi Road. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good while, focusing on various types of industrial equipment. It's a busy stretch of road, so there's always something going on outside our doors. The workshop and the storage area take up most of our space. We deal with machines and parts that people need for their shops and factories. It’s often a bit dusty and there’s usually the sound of tools in the background. We don't have a big sales team; it’s mostly just the guys who know the equipment inside and out. If someone comes in looking for a specific part or needs to talk about a machine, we just tell them how it is. Sometimes we have what you need right there, other times we have to look through the inventory. The building isn't new, but it's sturdy and serves us well for moving heavy gear around. We spend our days checking orders and making sure the equipment is ready to go out. It’s a lot of practical work. Avanashi Road is a well-known area, so it makes it easy for folks to drop by when they’re in this part of town. We like the location because it’s central to a lot of the other businesses we work with. No frills here, just the equipment and us. We usually close up around evening after making sure all the tools are back in their places for the next day.
