Dolphin Constructions

Dolphin Constructions is over in Coimbatore. We are located at 3/375 in Amman’s Nagar-2. This is part of the N.G.G.O Colony area. It is a bit more relaxed than the city center. We have a small office here where we plan out our building jobs. The air is a bit better here than in the middle of town. We have a few people working on drawings and others who handle the site visits. The office has a tiled floor and some basic furniture. There is a small garden patch outside that we try to keep green. We build houses and other structures around this part of Tamil Nadu. Most of our days are spent on the phone or out at construction sites checking on progress. We keep our tools and some materials nearby. It is a very straightforward business. We do not use much technology besides the basics. If someone wants a house built, they usually come by and sit with us to talk it over. We offer them some water or tea and just get to work. The neighborhood is quiet in the afternoons. We like the pace here. It allows us to focus on the details of the buildings without too many distractions. It is an honest day’s work for everyone in the office. We have built a lot of relationships with local suppliers over the years and that helps things run smooth.
