Design Irrigation

You can find us over on 5th Street in KK Pudhur, specifically at 88/366. We’re right in the Saibaba Colony area, just opposite the Ashriwaad Apartment building. At Design Irrigation, we spend most of our time thinking about pipes, valves, and how to get water from one place to another without wasting it. It’s a lot of dirty work sometimes, especially when we’re out in the field checking on pumps or fixing leaks. The office in Coimbatore is usually filled with odd bits of tubing and pressure gauges. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We talk to a lot of local gardeners and people who have small plots nearby. Usually, the phone starts ringing early in the morning with someone having a problem with their sprinklers. We try to get to everyone as fast as we can, though traffic near the colony can slow us down. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just trying to make sure the plants stay green and the systems work like they should. It’s a straightforward job and we like the practical side of it. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just sketching out a pipe layout on a scrap of paper. It’s just how we work here, focusing on the basics and making sure the water flows through the lines correctly without any major issues cropping up.
