D Source Training & Placement Services

You can find us at Priyamangala Towers on Mettupalayam Road, right near VG Hospital and across from the Polar Bear shop. Being in Thudialur means we get a lot of people coming in from the northern side of Coimbatore. D Source Training & Placement Services is where we spend most of our waking hours. We do two things mainly: we help people learn new skills and then we try to find them a place to work. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between us, the students, and the companies nearby. The office is functional, nothing too special to look at, but it works for what we need. We see a lot of young people fresh out of college who aren't quite sure what to do next. We also see older folks looking to switch tracks. It keeps the day interesting. Traffic on Mettupalayam Road is always a bit much, but it makes us easy to find if you're looking for the hospital landmark. We don't use any fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just personal notes and keeping track of who showed up for training. We aren't some big city agency with a lot of polish. We’re just local people trying to help other local people get their foot in the door at various businesses. It's a lot of work, but seeing someone get a job after their training makes the long hours feel okay. We just keep our heads down and do the work we’ve been doing for years now.
