Customer Executive Interface

You can find our team over at number 58 in Stv Nagar, which is located in the Peelamedu area of Coimbatore. We work as a customer executive interface. It is basically a small hub where we talk to people and handle the bridge between the business and the folks using the services. Our office is a very modest one, to say the least. We do not have any of that fancy office furniture or a big, shiny reception desk. It is mostly just a practical space where the team sits down to handle various communications. Peelamedu is a pretty busy part of Coimbatore, so there is almost always some noise coming in from the street, but we have grown used to it by now. We spend most of our time on the phone or typing out replies to people who have messaged us. It is not a complicated setup. We have a few reliable computers, a decent internet connection, and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing when you need one. We just try to be as helpful as possible when people reach out with their concerns. We are not some big corporation with thousands of different employees; we are just a small group of people working out of Stv Nagar. The atmosphere in the office is usually pretty relaxed, though it can get a bit hectic when a lot of things happen at once. We just keep our heads down and get the job done every single day. It is a simple way to work.
