If you head down Ammankulam Road and look for Lml Colony, you’ll find us at number 15. It’s a decent enough spot, though the road gets a bit bumpy when the rain hits. Craftsman Automation Pvt. Ltd. isn't some glass tower; it’s a working space where we actually get our hands dirty with the setups and the wiring. There’s usually a lot of parts lying around on the benches, and someone is always looking for a specific wrench or a cable that went missing. The area around Lml Colony is mostly quiet, which is nice compared to the main city center. We spend a lot of time staring at screens and tweaking the machines until they behave. It’s not always easy, and some days nothing seems to go right, but that’s just part of the job. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea, and that’s where most of the real talking happens. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that, so if people find us, it’s usually because they heard about us from someone else in the trade. It feels like a small community inside these walls. We’ve got a few old desks and some newer equipment, and we just try to make the most of the space we have here on Ammankulam Road. It’s a steady pace, nothing too crazy, just work. Some days are long, but we just get through the list.
