Covai S Polycare

We are located at the Covaicare Tower inside Gem Nirmaalayam, which is over in V G Rao Nagar in Ganapathy. Being here in Coimbatore means we see a lot of people coming through the doors of Covai S Polycare every day. The building is pretty easy to spot once you get into the Ganapathy area. Inside, it smells a bit like cleaning supplies and we try to keep the waiting area as tidy as we can, though magazines always end up scattered around. We spend our time checking in on people and making sure the records are updated. It’s a lot of walking back and forth between the different rooms. The staff here is mostly local and we’ve been working together for a good bit of time now. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the mornings and the chairs all fill up pretty fast. We have a small desk near the entrance where we handle all the paperwork and phone calls. It’s not a very quiet place because there is always someone talking or a phone ringing somewhere. Outside, the V G Rao Nagar streets can be busy with people going about their business. We just stay focused on what’s happening inside the tower. It’s a steady routine of helping whoever walks in and making sure everything is ready for the next day. We don't have anything fancy, just the basic setup we need to do our jobs properly.
