You can find us at No. 320 on NSR Road. We are right in the heart of Sai Baba Colony, which is a place that feels like a small town even though it’s busy. Commerce India is a small operation. We spend most of our time dealing with spreadsheets and looking at inventory. The office is pretty basic. We’ve got some old wooden desks and a lot of folders stacked up in the corners. NSR Road is always full of people shopping or heading to work, so there is a lot of life right outside our front door. We usually keep the windows open to get a bit of air, even if it brings in the dust from the street. Our day starts around nine when we clear off the desks and get the computer started. It takes a while to get going sometimes. We aren’t trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get through the daily tasks without too much trouble. Sometimes we grab a coffee from the stall down the street when the afternoon slump hits. The team here is just a few people who have known each other for years. We don't use big words or have long meetings. We just talk across the room to get things sorted. It's a simple way to run a business in a place like Sai Baba Colony.
