Ceeyel Exports

Ceeyel Exports is located at 5/108, Railway Station Road, in a place called S.G. Pudur near Ambarampalayam. Our office is right by the road that leads to the station, so we see the trains passing by all day long. It’s a quiet village atmosphere for the most part, but our yard stays busy. We handle exports, which means there’s always a truck being loaded or unloaded out front. The ground is dusty, and the sun can be really strong out here. We have a small building where we keep the records and handle the communication with our buyers. It’s nothing fancy—just a few chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of ledgers. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding villages. We know everyone by name. We spend a lot of our time checking the quality of the goods before they get packed into the containers. Sometimes there’s a delay with the transport, and we just have to sit and wait, maybe have some tea and talk about the weather. It’s a simple way of working. We don't have big corporate meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and make sure the goods are ready to move when the truck arrives. It’s a practical, local operation that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
