Career Crossroads Foundation

Career Crossroads Foundation is on the 3rd floor of Door No. 220 on Nethaji Road. We are located in the P N Palayam area. It’s a busy spot, especially during the morning and evening rush. Since we are on the third floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of cars and people. Our office is where we help people figure out what to do with their jobs and education. It’s a lot of sitting down and talking. We have a few rooms set up for these chats. It’s not a very big space, and sometimes it gets a bit crowded if we have a few people visiting at once. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, but it’s good exercise. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have some posters on the walls and some chairs for people to wait in. We've been at this Nethaji Road location for a while now. The staff here are just regular people who have had their own career ups and downs. We don't pretend to have all the answers. We just look at the options and try to help people make a choice. It’s straightforward work. We don't use much jargon. We just talk plainly about what's possible and what's not.
