Calcutta Wire Netting Company

We are the Calcutta Wire Netting Company, and we operate out of 46 Mill Road. The name says exactly what we do here. We have rolls of wire mesh and netting stacked up everywhere you look. It’s a very practical place. Mill Road is a bit of a busy industrial stretch of road. There are trucks coming and going all the time. Our building at number 46 is pretty plain on the outside. We have a front desk that’s seen better days, but it serves its purpose for taking orders. Most of the space is used for the warehouse and cutting area. We spend a lot of time cutting wire to specific sizes and rolling it back up for customers. It can be hard on the hands, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a sales team or any corporate slogans. People just call us or stop by when they need fencing or netting for a project they are working on. We’ve been here for years, and the neighbors and other businesses know us. The floors are concrete and usually have some wire scraps lying around. We try to keep it organized, but when we get a big shipment, things get a bit messy for a few days. We don't use much technology besides a phone and a calculator. It’s just straightforward work. We show up, handle the orders, and go home.
