We run our business out of Ghandhimaanagar in the Peelamedu area of Coimbatore. It’s a well-known spot in this part of Tamil Nadu. Being an authorized dealer for Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd keeps us on our toes every single day. The yard is usually full of vehicles, from the big tractors to the newer SUVs. There’s always the sound of engines running or someone working with tools in the back. It’s a dusty, busy environment, which is exactly how a dealership should be, I guess. We handle sales, but a big part of what we do is just maintenance and repairs. People around Coimbatore know us as the place to go when their Mahindra needs looking at. We aren't trying to be the slickest showroom in the country. We just want to make sure that when someone brings a vehicle in, it gets handled properly. The staff here knows these machines inside and out. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve seen all sorts of models come and go. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, especially when there’s a lot of deliveries to manage. We don’t use any fancy sales talk; we just tell people what the situation is with their vehicle.
